If an item in the institutional repository is published under a licence such as Creative Commons (denoted by CC Attribution or CC-BY or mentions Open Access), the terms and conditions of that licence supersede the terms of this Agreement for that item.    1. Copyright and other intellectual property rights subsist in the repository site, content, and metadata.  2.
