National Launch Conference - eCPD Programme The Learning and Skills Improvement Service (LSIS) along with the Association for Learning Technology (ALT) and BDP Learning would like to invite you to the National Launch of the new LSIS eCPD Programme.  Building on the successful QIA ‘e-learning practitioner’ conferences held in 2005 and 2007, this year’s conference will provide a choice of 20 workshops and keynote speeches from Roger McClure, chief executive of LSIS, and Toni Fazaeli, chief executive of the Institute for Learning (IfL).  Date: Thursday 5th February 2009 Time: The conference begins at 10am  Keynote speech by Toni Fazaeli at 10.40am     Location:  Russell Hotel Russell Square, London WC1N 1DB  The new eCPD Programme is an exciting opportunity for practitioners in the Further Education system to support and enhance learning through the effective use of technology. It enables individuals to develop their understanding of the pedagogy of e-learning as well as how to engage effectively with colleagues to support and deliver training across the whole organisation.
