ECR源的新工作模式

Abstract

叙述了兰州重离子加速器ＥＣＲ２源所使用的新工作模式的条件、特点及高电荷态离子束的输出性能，给出了对该模式特点的初步分析．In this paper a new working mode for ECR2 ion source of Heavy Ion Accelerator in Lanzhou is introduced The operating conditions, particular feature and the output of high charge state ions in this condihon are described. Some discussions on the new mode are also given
