当He+辐照剂量超过临界值后,非晶态合金Fe77B16Si5Cr2和Ni78B14Si8的表面会出现腐蚀,低剂量率辐照时,表面发泡;高剂量率辐照时,表面层高,层离后的面随剂量增加出现发泡,但泡径很小测量了He在材料中的深度分布,结果表明,表面腐蚀后He的分布有的是单峰,有的是双峰,对双峰成因进行了讨
