氮离子注入GCr15钢的改性研究

Abstract
本文用1、3、5和7 * 10~(17) ions/cm~2剂量的100keV ~(14)N~+注入GCr15钢样品以提高其表石耐磨性,通过磨粒磨损实验作出各种剂量下钢样表石的磨损曲线,定出有显著耐磨性的起始注入剂量。利用CEMS方法(自己建立)和X射线衍射对不同剂量的注入层内的相组织进行相对定量(含铁相)和定性分析,并进行表石硬度测试,对耐磨性提高的机理进行探
