CUSTOMER INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM BASED ON WEB IN RELATIOSHIP HOTEL AL-FATH MELIA PALEMBANG

Abstract

Today's tourism industry showed remarkable developments so that is one of its great contribution to national income. The Hotel as a complementary in the tourism industry is also contributing to the development of this industry. The strategy that made the hotel among others with marketing strategies are implemented. One of them is to run Customer Relationship Management (CRM), i.e. how close and deep relationship with its customers. Therefore Al-Fath Melia Hotel Palembang more selfish in a relationship with the pelannggan for the Betterment of the company. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Customer Relationship Management at the Hotel Al- Fath Melia Palembang and designing application systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) that are useful for the company. The methodology used in compiling this thesis writers is the methodology of Iteration (Iterative). In the method of iteration, these stages are implemented using iteration or repetition of technique in which a process is performed repeatedly until obtaining the desired results. The analysis and design of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are expected to help maintain the lead in customer and looking for new customers
