İslam resim sanatında Hz. İbrahim ve Hz. İsmail

Abstract

Üç büyük semavi din açısından da önemli olan Hz. İbrahim ve oğlu Hz. İsmail ile ilgili yapılan çalışmanın amacı, İslam resim sanatında Hz. İbrahim ve Hz. İsmail'le ilgili olarak yapılmış resimlerin tespit edilmesi daha sonra tespit edilen bu resimlere ulaşarak, günümüzden yüzyıllar önce tasvirlenen bu resimlerin; Kitab-ı Mukaddeste, Kur'an-ı Kerimde, İslam tarihi kaynaklarında ve özellikle eserin metninde anlatılan olayları yansıtıp yansıtmadığını tespit ederek bu resimleri üslup ve ikonografik açıdan değerlendirmektir. Bilindiği üzere, Hz. İbrahim ve oğlu Hz. İsmail'in hayatındaki en önemli olaylar, Hz. İbrahim'in ateşe atılması, oğlunu kurban etmesi ve Kabe'yi inşa etmesidir. Çalışmada görüldü ki, Hz. İbrahim ve Hz. İsmail'in hayatında önemli kabul edilen bu olaylar, resimli yazmalarda da en fazla resimlendirilen olaylar olmuştur. Birçoğu Kısas-ı Enbiya nüshalarında yer alan bu resimlerin hemen birçoğunda aynı ikonografiler ele alınmış ve bu konular birbirine yakın üsluplarla tasvirlenmiştir. Sonuç olarak, Hz. İbrahim ve Hz. İsmail'le ilgili birçok farklı konuda resmin bulunduğu, bu konular içerisinde en çok resimlenen konuların Hz. İbrahim'in ateşe atılışı ve oğlu Hz. İsmail'i kurban edişi olduğu, farklı konuların işlendiği bu resimlerin gerek kutsal kitaplarda, gerek İslam tarihi ve çeşitli kültür kitaplarında, gerekse resimlerin bulunduğu eserlerin metninde anlatıldığı biçimde tasvirlendiği görülmüştür. İsmail, Ateş, Kurban, Üslup, İkonografi.\ud The aim of the study related to Abraham and his son Ismail, which is also significant in terms of three great celestial religions, is to determine the pictures depicting Abraham and Ismail in Islamic Art of Painting and then to find out whether these pictures reflect the incidents in Bible, Qur'an and in the sources of Islamic history which were described centuries ago from our day of time and especially in the text of the piece by reaching out the pictures that were determined beforehand and to evaluate these pictures in terms of style and iconographic understanding. As known, the most important incidents in the lives of Abraham and his son Ismail are; Abraham's being thrown into fire, sacrificing his son and the building of Kaaba. In the study, it has been seen that these incidents which are accepted as crucial in the lives of Abraham and Ismail have been the incidents which are mostly illustrated in the manuscripts. In almost all of these pictures, mostly taking place in the copies of the Stories of Prophets, same iconographs are examined and these topics are described with close styles to one another. Finally, it has been observed that many pictures covering different topics related to Abraham and Ismail exist; in these pictures the mostly illustrated ones are that of Abraham's being thrown into fire and sacrificing his son Ismail; and of these pictures including different themes were described suitably to their original forms both in holy books, Islamic history and various cultural books and in the texts where the pictures are present.
