Thrombocyte and Melanoma Cell Adhesion under Various Complex Flow Conditions

Abstract

Studying the adhesion of blood platelets and melanoma cells fails under static conditions. Hence, we have successfully developed various microfluidic set-ups for mimicking the fluid dynamics of cell adhesion on a chip.Die Untersuchung der Adhäsion von Thrombozyten und Melanom-Zellen funktioniert nicht unter statischen Bedingungen.
