The Legacy of Bandung: Anticolonial and Non-Aligned

Abstract

Con el ingreso a la sociedad internacional de antiguas colonias europeas en Asia y África después de la Segunda Guerra Mundial, comienza una nueva era signada por la Conferencia Afroasiática de Bandung (Indonesia, 1955) de la cual se desprenden dos brazos: uno político en el Movimiento de los Países No Alineados, y uno económico en el Grupo de los 77. El artículo hace un tour por la biografía del brazo político con una breve reseña del económico, enfocando de esta manera el rol efectivo en el hacer internacional que desempeñan los países del Tercer Mundo, i.e., Humania del [email protected] access of former European colonies in Asia and Africa to the international society following World War II started a new era under the aegis of the Bandung Conference (Indonesia, 1955), from which two arms came off : the one, political, in the Movement of the Non Aligned Countries, and an economic arm in the Group of 77.
