IMPLEMENTASI PROGRAM P2K3 SEBAGAI UPAYA PENERAPAN SMK3 DI PT. GARUDAFOOD PUTRA PUTRI JAYA DIVISI ROASTED PEANUTS PATI

Abstract

Background : PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Divisi Roasted Pati was A company that walked in snack industries and still used labour intensive system so it was necessary to have a harmonism between management and workers. In order to Occupational Safety and Health Management can walk maximally so it was necessary to have Occupational Safety and Health Comittee that effective in company. The aim of this study was to find out the role of Occupational Safety and Health Comittee in Occupational Safety and Health Management to control the hazard and potential risk in PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Divisi Roasted Pati Method: The study was carried out by used descriptive methods that give description about Occupational Safety and Health Committee’s implementation. Data was gotten by observation to work place, interview, and study literaturs. Results: The obtained data were discussed by comparing with Permenaker No. PER - 04 / MEN / 1987 regarding the P2K3 as well as the procedure for appointment of Expert Safety Conclusion: PT. Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Divisi Roasted Pati has implemented P2K3 program according to Law 1 of 1970. Proven to formation of P2K3 that supporting SMK3 implementation in the company . The recommendation that given was the company should improve P2K3 organizations so it is completely accordance with applicable regulations so the program could run smoothly
