Стратегічна матриця моделі управління активами підприємств

Abstract

Запропоновано конструкцію стратегічної матриці моделі управління активами підприємств, яка базується на стратегічних альтернативах менеджменту активів підприємства в межах базових стратегій і сукупності політик управління активами суб’єкта господарювання. У статті надано авторське визначення політиці управління активами підприємства та виокремлено шістнадцять її різновидів.The formalization of existing methods of evaluation of activating effectiveness of the economic resources allowed rationalizing the modern methodology and diagnostic tools of the assets of enterprises, which made it possible to solve the task of research. The author proposed to consider asset management as a purposeful systematic influence on the factors and conditions that accompany the processes of selection, combination and activation of economic resources, the productive use of their assets as a business entity to obtain the economic benefits of sustainable development and competitiveness of the company in the particular market. The design of the strategic matrix model of asset management businesses, which is based on the strategic options of management of enterprise assets within the basic set of strategies and policies asset management entity. In the article the author’s definition of asset management policies is presented and its sixteen varieties are highlighted in the work. Due to the strategic matrix model of asset management the entities improve the quality and effectiveness of internal management and performance of the assets as a result of specific management decisions.Предложена конструкция стратегической матрицы модели управления активами предприятий, которая базируется на стратегических альтернативах менеджмента активов предприятия в пределах базовых стратегий и совокупности политик управления активами субъекта хозяйствования.
