Non-covalent Capillary Coating

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá pokrýváním kapilár v elektroforéze se zaměřením na nekovalentní pokrývání. Vedle teoretické části, kde jsou popsány různé možnosti pokrývání kapilár, je v experimentální části práce popsán a diskutován postup nekovalentního pokrývání kapiláry kationtovýni tenzidy CTAB a DDAB.This work deals with coating of capillaries for electrophoresis with focus on noncovalent bonding.
