Здійснено спробу теоретично узагальнити феноменологію політико-правової свідомості. Розкрито теоретичну модель регулювання політико-правової свідомості. Описано принциповий механізм становлення політико-правової свідомості особистості. Доведено, що цілеспрямований вплив на окремі елементи механізму дасть змогу забезпечити формування в молоді відповідного рівня політико-правової свідомості.An attempt was made to theoretical generalize the phenomenology of political and legal consciousness. The theoretical model of regulation of political and legal consciousness was proposed. Described the basic mechanism of becoming political and legal consciousness of the individual. Proved that focused on the impact on individual elements of this mechanism will help to ensure the formation appropriate level of political and legal consciousness to young people
