Development of spiritual potential of the future teacher of professional school as a psychological and pedagogical problem

Abstract

У статті проаналізовані основні соціально-психологічні чинники становлення особистості майбутнього викладача і, зокрема, розвитку його духовного потенціалу, дані авторські визначення духовності і духовного розвитку особистості. Одним із засобів залучення молоді до моделювання й особистої участі в реальній соціально корисній діяльності є технологія творчих духовно орієнтованих проектів. Як приклад приведені результати реалізації проекту “Зустріч поколінь”, у якому брали участь випускники гуманітарного класу київської гімназії №153 ім.О.С.Пушкіна і пенсіонери-мешканці Будинку ветеранів сцени.In clause the basic social - psychological factors formation of the person of the future teacher and, in particular, of development of his spiritual potential are analysed, the author's definitions spirituality and spiritual development of the person are given. One of ways of attraction of youth to modelling and direct participation in real socially useful activity is the technology of the creative spiritually focused projects.
