Розглядаються питання законодавчого визначення та наукового розуміння принципу презумпції невинуватості, прояву відступів від його вимог, обґрунтовується висновок про необхідність кардинальних змін відносно нього.
(The principle of presumption of innocence, its legislative definition, scientific understanding and deviations
from its requirements are analyzed. The necessity of cardinal changes in the attitude towards this principle is proved.
