Статья посвящена осмыслению необходимости введения институтагосударственной идеологии в России. По мысли автора, такая практикабыла отброшена и отвергнута в конце ХХ века не случайно, посколькучревата многочисленными перегибами, включая внедрение в общественное сознание идеологем относительно этнического самосознания (The Article is devoted to understanding the necessity of introduction
of Institute of the state ideology in Russia. According to the author, this
practice was abandoned and rejected in the end of the twentieth century
is not a coincidence, because fraught with many inflections, including the
introduction into the public consciousness ideologies relating to the ethnic
self-consciousness
