International audienceThe primary culture of syncytiotrophoblast (ST) is a model of the human placental endocrinian functions. In vivo the ST is submitted to the fluid shear stress generated by maternal blood flows. Our hypothesis is that the shear stress could modulate the secretory functions of the ST.
