My graduation thesis describes development of a web application designed for collecting data about\ud
cultural heritage assets. Aggregated data is also necessary for planning appropriate conservation and\ud
restauration methods. It also makes maintenance and management of those assets easier. Application\ud
includes a form where users can insert information about specific cultural heritage. When those\ud
records are confirmed by one of the administrators they are also publicly available. Dynamic structure\ud
of application allows administrators to update questions in the form. Development environment\ud
included Apache web server, MySQL database server and PHP language. Application development\ud
and all of its functionalities are also described in detail
