Comparison of land use in the municipalities of Šenčur and Vodice based on municipal spatial facts

Abstract

In my diploma thesis are presented legislation and Landscape plans of municipality of Šenčur and\ud municipality of Vodice begining with year 1984 until today. Through the thesis we were identifying\ud the changes of basic land use and detailed land use for municipalities of Šenčur and Vodice. We were\ud comparing Landscape components of long-term social plans of the municipalities (PS SDPO) and\ud municipal spatial plans (OPN). Analysis of basic land use was made for the complete area of the\ud municipalities of Šenčur and Vodice, detailed land use was made only for the settlements of Šenčur\ud and Vodice. Analysis and data processing was made in program ArcGIS 10.2. The area of detailed\ud land use for the settlements was converted to the number of residents in a settlement. All results are\ud given in figures and maps. In both municipalities is the share of residential areas increased at the cost\ud agricultural land
