In the graduation thesis the topic of cadastral systems in Macedonia and Slovenia is discussed. The\ud
historical development, organization and functioning of today's cadastral systems in both countries is\ud
presented and compared. The development of cadastre of real property in Macedonia is presented in\ud
detail, where the land recording is presented from the title deeds system (tapija) to today's unified\ud
cadastre. The thesis comprises a comparative analysis of land administration systems in Macedonia\ud
and Slovenia. The emphasis is on the development and organizational aspects of the cadastral systems\ud
in both countries

V diplomski nalogi je obravnavano področje katastrskih sistemov v Makedoniji in Sloveniji.
Predstavljen je zgodovinski razvoj ter organizacija in delovanje današnjih katastrskih sistemov v obeh
državah. Posebej je obravnavan razvoj katastra nepremičnin v Makedoniji, ki je prikazan od tapijskega
sistema vse do današnjega enovitega katastra. Diplomska naloga obsega primerjalno analizo zemljiške
administracije v Makedoniji in Sloveniji. Poudarek je na razvojnem in organizacijskem vidiku
