In the essay I will look at diabetes mellitus type two, the challenges patients go through and
focusing on the patient’s perspective. As a nurse having worked in Zambia and in Norway, I
will look at the settings of Zambia and the implications of the challenges in nursing .I will build
on the information from research, journals, ,textbooks and internet sources and where I am
not able to find information I will use my own experience and knowledge
