Síndrome do pânico e fobia: abordagem a partir da noção de angústia em psicanálise

Abstract

Este estudo tem por objetivo abordar o Transtorno de Pânico e a eclosão da fobia a partir da psicanálise de orientação lacaniana, enfatizando a relação dessas patologias com a angústia. Partimos do pressuposto de que, na cultura contemporânea, marcada pelo declínio das referências simbólicas e pelo empuxo ao gozo, muitos dos sintomas apontados pela ciência na categoria de Pânico e Fobias, já eram descritos por Freud e relacionados aos quadros de angústia. Para isso, pesquisamos a elaboração da noção da angústia em psicanálise, partindo de Freud em sua primeira e segunda teoria sobre a angústia, chegando aos avanços propostos por Lacan. Em sua primeira proposta esse autor articula a angústia com a castração e com o complexo de Édipo, enquanto operadores fundamentais na constituição do sujeito. Na evolução de sua teoria, vincula a angústia, a partir da elaboração da noção de objeto a, como afeto que aponta ao real e ao gozo. A partir dessa concepção teórica sobre a angústia, esse trabalho discute ainda o papel do analista e a importância do manejo da angústia no tratamento psicanalítico destas patologiasThis study aims to approach the Panic Disorder and also hatching of phobia, starting psychoanalysis of Lacanian orientation, emphasizing the relationship of these pathologies with the anguish. We assumed that, in contemporary culture, marked by the decline of symbolic references and the attraction to jouissance, many of the symptoms presented by science in the category of Panic and Phobias, were already described by Freud and associates with the frameworks of anguish. For this, we researched the development of the notion of anguish in psychoanalysis, from Freud in his first and second theory about the anguish, reaching to the advances proposed by Lacan. In his first proposed the author articulates the anguish with the castration and with the Oedipus Complex, while considered essential operators in the bloke's constitution. In the evolution of his theory, him links to anguish, from the elaboration of the notion of a object, such as affection aimed at to the real and to the enjoyment. From this theoretical conception about anguish, this work also discusses the role of the analyst and the importance of handle of anguish in the psychoanalytic handling of these pathologie
