SUPERVISI KEPALA MADRASAH DALAM MENINGKATKAN LOYALITAS GURU DI MADRASAH ALIYAH NAHDLATUL ULAMA KARANGROWO WONOSALAM DEMAK TAHUN PELAJARAN 2022/2023

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripikan: 1) perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan tindak supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan loyalitas guru, (2) faktor pendukung dan penghambat pelaksanaan supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan loyalitas guru, dan (3) hasil peningkatan loyalitas pendidik melalui kompetensi supervisi Kepala Madrasah dalam meningkatkan loyalitas guru di MA NU Karangrowo Wonosalam Demak Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskripstif kuantitatif. Pendekatan penelitian adalah studi kasus eksplanatoris. Teknik pengumpulan data kualitatif ini adalah interview/wawancara, pengamatan/observasi, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Teknik analisis data adalah analisis data kualitatif dengan desain kasus tunggal (single-case design) dengan model analiss data Miles and Huberman. Proses analisis data menggunakan langkah pengumpulan, perekdusian dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) perencanaan supervisi kepala madrasah dalam meningkatkan loyalitas pendidik di MA NU Karangrowo Wonosalam Demak Tahun Pelajaran 2022/2023 dengan merencanakan program supervisi akademik diawali dengan menyusun tim supervisi. Tim supervisi terdiri dari Kepala madrasah dan wakil kepala bidang kurikulum diberi surat tugas untuk membantu melaksanakan supervisi akademik. Pelaksanaan supervisi dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali yaitu pada awal tahun pelajaran semester ganjil dan semester genap dengan mengacu pada tujuan supervisi. Jadwal supervisi akademik dibuat oleh kepala madrasah bersama tim supervisi. Pelaksanaan supervisi menggunakan pendekatan dan teknik supervise. Analisis hasil supervisi dilakukan kepala madrasah bersama tenaga pendidik. Tindak lanjut hasil supervisi dengan membahas mengenai metode pembelajaran, penggunaan dan teknik penilaian, penggunaan media pembelajaran dan penggunaan waktu dalam pembelajaran. Evaluasi hasil supervisi akademik akan dijadikan dasar pertimbangan dan dimanfaatkan kepala madrasah untuk melakukan pembinaan terhadap tenaga pendidik, 2) Faktor pendukung supervisi kepala madrasah adalah ketertiban administrasi pembelajaran guru, semangat para guru dalam mengajar, Faktor penghambat adalah sarana prasarana dan fasilitas yang terbatas, 3) Hasil peningkatan loyalitas pendidik adalah meningkatnya kinerja guru, kedisiplinan, dan peningkatan nilai akhir maupun semester, peningkatan kualitas pendidikan, peningkatan professional guru, dan ketertiban administrasi pembelajaran guru, kemampuan guru dalam menggunakan metode dan strategi mengajar bervariasi supaya siswa idak jenuh. This research is aimed at describing: 1) planning, implementation, evaluation and supervision of madrasa heads in increasing teacher loyalty, (2) supporting and obstacle factors for the implementation of supervision of madrasa principal in increasing teacher loyalty, and (3) results of increasing educator loyalty through competence supervision of the Madrasa principal in increasing teacher loyalty at MA NU Karangrowo Wonosalam Demak for the 2022/2023 Academic Year. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with explanatory case study. This qualitative data collection technique is interview, observation, documentation and triangulation. The data analysis technique is qualitative data analysis with a single case design using the Miles and Huberman data analysis model. The data analysis process uses three steps, namely data collection, reduction and verification. The results showed that planning for the supervision of the principal in increasing educator loyalty at MA NU Karangrowo Wonosalam Demak for the 2022/2023 school year was planning an academic supervision program starting with the formation of a supervision team. The supervision team consisting of the principal and the deputy received a letter of assignment to assist in the implementation of academic supervision. Supervision is conducted twice, namely at the beginning of the school year from the first semester to the second semester. The academic supervision schedule is organized by the principal and the supervision team. Implementation of supervision uses supervision approaches. The analysis of the results of supervision is conducted by the principal and the teaching staff. Feedback as the results of supervision is conducted to discuss learning methods, to discuss the use and assessment techniques, to discuss the use of learning media and to discuss the use of time management in learning. Evaluation of the results of academic supervision will be used as a basis for consideration and be used for principal to improve teaching and learning as a service to teachers . Supporting factors for the supervision of principal are in managing learning for implementing optimal supervision and the enthusiasm of the teacher in teaching. The obstacle factor in supervising the principal is the limited facilities and infrastructure. The results of increasing educator loyalty are improving teachers’ performance, discipline, in order to increase final and semester grades, to improve the quality of education, to enhance teachers’ professionalism and administration of teachers’ learning, as well as to foster teachers’ skill using various teaching methods and strategies
