I have also received a letter from Tony Ewing Gay dated 1st April telling me that he is sending 12 books by air frei�ht and, hopefully, these woulct be with us so that we could prepare a window with the book for 22nd April. I will certainly ensure that the name of the prize winner is not known before that day. In order to get the maximum value out of the event, I would be grateful if you would send me a certain amount of background information of the prize, the judges and anything else which would be useful for a newspaper feature article. I have spoken to St. Aubyn about the quantity of books and he'is convinced that he could sell an additional 50 copies here.
