Abstract

The purpose of this thesis is to provide a comprehensive view on the services provided in slovak rail transport. The first chapter provides an introduction to food and beverage industry. The second chapter focuses on transport infrastructure in Slovakia and the position of rail transport in it. The third chapter looks into current trends in high quality services in European rail transport. The final chapter includes an analysis of service providers operating in Slovak railways and also gives a comparison of the two most important
