Abstract

Business Process Management (BPM) has become a powerful tool to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of services provided in public and private organizations. However, there is growing awareness that BPM requires a holistic view of the organization where the organizational culture is a critical success factor for the implementation of a BPM initiative.
