Rather, the mosteffective factors were intangible quali-ties centered upon a dependence onGod and a passion to reach people.The researcher concluded that themost effective ministry factors inreaching young people evangelistical-ly centered upon leadership, drive,passion, and vision.Scuderi, Noelle F.
