本发明公开了一种压弯激光复合成形方法为:1)首先通过计算平台对坯件进行模拟加工,对难于成形的局部区域进行预判断;2)根据步骤1)中得到激光加工参数3)在机械式加工时,根据步骤2)中的参数通过计算机控制系统控制激光进行复合加工;4)在步骤(3)加工的同时,用于测量坯件状态的传感器向控制系统反馈应力、应变等实时监控数据;5)对于精调工作方案,根据1)、2)、3)、4)确定精调方案,然后由计算机控制并完成加工。本发明通过在传统机械成形大型件的过程中采用激光进行压弯激光复合成形,可以对在机械成形过程中出现的难以变形的地方进行很好地处理,因此克服了机械成形可能带来成形件损伤甚至破坏的缺点
