本发明涉及陶瓷基复合材料在具高应力梯度的热机械载荷下结构损伤的评估,公开了量化陶瓷基复合材料各向异性热机械损伤的方法,其包括:S1:定义CMCs各向异性热机械损伤的量化条件;S2:通过一组损伤变量表征材料不同主方向上的损伤;S3:定义含热机械损伤材料的弹性应变能ρΦ的函数,推导出材料的弹性应变能密度释放率与相应状态下的热机械损伤变量之间的关系;S4:推导出CMCs在单次热机械载荷下的热机械损伤参量的增量表达式及全量表达式;S5:推导出CMCs在具高应力梯度的热机械载荷下累积损伤表达式及能量耗散表达式。本发明为CMCs的热机械疲劳寿命预测和损伤判据建立提供依据
