ABSTRACT Vascular Streak Dieback (VSD) is caused by Ceratobasidium theobromae andCeratobasidiwm\ud
ramicola fi,tngus. c{ruses losses in seedling and young tees, kill branches in mahre trees. It is a vascular pathogeq\ud
difficult to gro*ttr on sintetic mediurn, because infects the vascular tissue, so that its control is difficult, the use of\ud
endophytic microorganism migfut be able to conuol this disease. Endophytic fungi is one of antagonist agent to\ud
control phytopathogen both bacterial or fungl. The research aimed to screening endophltic fungi from VSD\ud
resistant clone which effective on the pathogen of Fusarium sp. by in vifo way. Endophyt fungi were isolated\ud
from twigs ofM.05 clone as resistant clone, and placed on PD.Amediurn. The antagonism test by invitro way was\ud
carried out with dual culturemethod on PDAmedium. The result indicded all eldophlts flrngi was able to inhibit\ud
the colony growth of Fusarium sp. withAspergillus sp. and KR I isolate as the best treatrrents 2 and 4 days after\ud
inoculation,while 6 days afterinoculationthe besttreafinentsare Aspergillassp.,Geotrbhumsp., KR I andKR2\ud
