The aim of the study was to see the effect of "Lingkungan Kerja Bebas Asap Rokok" in Public Health Faculty's (PHF) area to smoking behavior or the PHF smokers. The method that we were used in this study is case-control analytical survey. Sampling methode was stratified proportional random sampling. This study was held in Public Health Faculty (MF) and Dentistry Faculty (DF). The respondens and samples are resident of PHF, MF, DF which have smoker behavior.\ud
The results of the study shows that by the rule "Lingkungan Kerja Bebas Asap Rokok". the resident of PHF whom smoke 5 cigaratesperday 9.013 times larger than resident of MF and DF. The resident of PHF whom smoke in nonoccupied time, 2.705 times larger than resident of MF and DF and the resident of PHF whom smoke out of PHF area 23.109 times larger than resident of MF and DF
