21种圈养野生动物血液α-淀粉酶水平的测定

Abstract
杭州动物园经过3 a的时间采集了园内饲养的21种80头(只)临床表现健康野生动物的外周血,测定了α-淀粉酶的水平。结果表明,不同物种α-淀粉酶水平差异显著。食肉动物中,豹属动物的范围为1 895.53 321.0U/L,而熊类在32.040.0 U/L之间;小熊猫为1 289.4 U/L;草食动物中,鹿科动物和长颈鹿、斑马、鬣羚等在17.055.0 U/L之间,而羊驼、双峰驼分别为1 355.7 U/L和1 354.0 U/L,亚洲象最高,为9 434.0 U/L;灵长类动物的α-淀粉酶水平较低,川金丝猴为12.8 U/L,黑猩猩为26.2 U/L;鸟类中小天鹅为1 982.7 U/L,疣鼻天鹅为824.0 U/L。上述结果对今后通过淀粉酶诊断胰腺病变具有一定的参考作用
