El futuro de la escanda pasa por superar algunas limitaciones importantes que frenan el desarrollo del cultivocomo el alto precio que ahora mismo tienen los productos de escanda y la "falsificación" o la "adulteración" de la harina de escanda.Pensamos que debemos ser optimistas respecto al futuro de la escanda, cuya recuperación supone además poner en valor importantes elementos etnográficos y culturales de nuestra región.The future of spelt wheat involves overcoming some significant limitations that hold back the development of this crop, such as the high price of spelt wheat products and the “falsification” of spelt wheat flour.
