The study intends to address the complex issue of migration, one of the important fields of police work. What are the practical and ethical questions of migration and how does their consideration impact the efficiency of police work? Since there are several issues of ethical nature, the author highlights the ethical aspects of migration. In the paper he intends to emphasise that ethical aspects are inalienable part of migration and that their permanent consideration in police work has positive impact on efficiency and success.A tanulmány arra az összetett kérdésre igyekszik választ adni, hogy a rendészet egyik fontos területe, a migráció milyen gyakorlati, erkölcsi szempontokat vet fel, s ezek figyelembevétele miként befolyásolhatja a munka hatékonyságát. A szerző az erkölcsi tartalom sokféleségében kiemeli a migrációhoz tartozó etikai elemek lényeges tényezőit. Írásában arra próbál rámutatni, hogy az erkölcsi tényezők a migráció területének elidegeníthetetlen részét képezik, s a rendészeti munka során az eredményességet, a sikerességet pozitívan befolyásolja az erkölcsi szempontok folyamatos érvényesítése
