Mediální aspekty při využívání historické paměti ve výuce dějepisu

Abstract

The paper performs an analysis of the concept of historical (also collective, social) memory by analyzing the approaches of the main representatives of the social memory concept (M. Halbwachs, P. Nora). It confronts their attitudes with the opinions of Czech historians (Z. Beneš, H. Hroch). In conclusion, it approximates the potential of utilizing historical memory in designing media education in the context of teaching school history in Czech schools. It also offers possible basic approaches on part of pupils
