Abstract
为了解蓝孔雀(Pavo cristatus)肠道菌群中整合子及其基因盒的分布特征,以2个动物园蓝孔雀粪便为材料,采用CTAB法提取肠道菌群宏基因组DNA,共计139份;通过PCR法扩增整合子、基因盒,选取部分PCR产物测序。结果显示:整合子intI1、intI2和intI3检出率分别为86.33%、69.78%和11.51%;不同大小的基因盒条带有 18种,共51种组合模式。研究表明蓝孔雀种群中整合子流行性较高,且Ⅰ类整合子携带的基因盒具有高度异质性,反映了蓝孔雀种群潜在多重耐药的复杂性。测序结果显示蓝孔雀携带的耐药基因主要为甲氧苄啶类(dfrA27)和氨基糖苷类(aadA1、aadA2、aac(6')-Ib和arr),故在用药时应避免这2类药物
