内蒙古赤峰地区东北马鹿(Cervus elaphus xanthopygus)冬季肠道微生物多样性研究

Abstract
基于16S rRNA基因测序技术对24份东北马鹿冬季粪便中细菌的结构和多样性进行分析,试图揭示东北马鹿冬季肠道微生态,为该物种保护提供新的见解。结果表明东北马鹿粪便样品中菌群分属于21门33纲74目131科306属,在门水平上,马鹿肠道菌群主要由厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)和拟杆菌门(Bacteroidete)构成,相对丰度分别为79.43%和6.64%;在属水平上,马鹿肠道菌群主要由Ruminococcaceae_UCG-005和Christenseenellaceae_R-7_group构成,相对丰度分别为21.51%和7.56%。以97%的序列一致性为划分标准进行聚类得到2220个OTUs,雄性样本中共有1873个OTUs,雌性样本中共有2143个OTUs,其中77个OTUs为雄性样本所特有,347个为雌性样本所特有。对比不同性别东北马鹿肠道菌群,通过LEfSe多级物种差异判别分析,丰度具有显著性差异的菌类包括:Sphingomonadales目、Kaistiaceae科、Sphingomonadaceae科、Muribaculaceae科、Xanthobacteraceae科、Defluviitaleaceae科、Kaistia属、Papillibacter属、Sphingomonas属、Alloprevotella属、GWE 2_31_10、Defluviitaleaceae_UCG_011、Eubacterium_ruminantium_group
