Two-body wrong-sign mixing and CP violation

Abstract

We describe LHCb measurements for D0D^0--DΛ‰0{\bar{D}}^0 mixing parameters and searches for CPCP violation using "wrong-sign" D0β†’K+Ο€βˆ’D^0\to K^+\pi^- two-body decays. LHCb provides the world's most precise measurements of the mixing parameters to date, using 3 fbβˆ’1fb^{-1} of pppp collision data. By measuring the mixing parameters separately for D0D^0 and DΛ‰0{\bar{D}}^0, and allowing for CPCP violation, the LHCb results also place the world's most stringent constraints on the CPCP violation parameters, ∣q/p∣|q/p| and ADA_D, from a single experiment.Comment: 10 pages, 6 figures, 1 table, to appear in the proceedings of The 6th International Workshop on Charm Physics (CHARM 2013
