La violencia de género es un problema social constante e importante que ha
llamado cada vez más atención y discusión. Entre las víctimas, las mujeres y los niños
son las principales. España es un importante receptor de inmigrantes y los chinos son
el grupo más grande de los asiáticos. Entre los inmigrantes, destaca la proporción de
las víctimas chinas de violencia de género. Afectadas por los factores como barreras
lingüísticas, diferencias culturales e individuales etc., las víctimas se enfrentan a
muchos retos para buscar ayuda y resolver sus problemas. Entonces, con el propósito
de comunicarse de manera eficiente y resolver la situación, hace falta la participación
de un o una intérprete profesional para garantizar que las demandas de las víctimas se
puedan ocupar de forma apropiada. En esta tesis, se proporcionan las ideas a los
intérpretes que trabajan en casos de violencia de género para diferentes ámbitos,
aprovechando el ejemplo de las mujeres y los niños.
En este estudio, a través de las referencias presentes, en primer lugar, se analizan
la violencia de género, la situación de las víctimas chinas en España, el contexto cultural
de China y los factores emocionales etc., lo cual ofrece el marco teórico a las estrategias
de interpretación en el ámbito sanitario, jurídico, policial y la atención telefónica. En
segundo lugar, por medio de los casos reales pertinentes, las características de los casos
y la comparación del lenguaje chino y español, se ofrecen a la interpretación de
violencia de género las ideas y selecciones mejores. Por último, se elaborará los
glosarios relacionados con los servicios públicos para mejorar la interpretación de
violencia de géneroGender-based violence is an ongoing and important social problem that has
attracted increasing attention and discussion. Among the victims, women and children
are the main victims. Spain is an important recipient of immigrants and the Chinese are
the largest group of Asians. Among immigrants, the proportion of Chinese victims of
gender-based violence stands out. Affected by factors such as language barriers, cultural
and individual differences etc., victims face many challenges in seeking help and
solving their problems. Therefore, in order to communicate efficiently and resolve the
situation, the involvement of a professional interpreter is necessary to ensure that the
victims' demands can be dealt with appropriately. In this thesis, ideas are provided for
interpreters working in cases of gender-based violence for different settings, using the
example of women and children.
In this study, through the present references, firstly, gender-based violence, the
situation of Chinese victims in Spain, the cultural context of China and emotional
factors etc. are analysed, which provides the theoretical framework for interpreting
strategies in health, legal, police and telephone care. Secondly, by means of the relevant
real cases, the characteristics of the cases and the comparison of Chinese and Spanish
language, the best ideas and selections are offered to the interpretation of gender-based
violence. Finally, the glossaries related to public services will be elaborated to improve
the interpretation of gender-based violence.性别暴力是一个持续存在的重要社会问题，并日益受到更多的关注与讨论。
在众多受害者中，妇女与儿童为主要受害群体。西班牙作为移民接收大国，中
国移民是其最大的亚洲移民群体。在移民群体中，中国移民性别暴力受害者比
重较为显著。因语言障碍、文化不同及个体差异等影响，受害者们在寻求帮助
和解决问题的过程中面临诸多挑战。因此为了有效沟通和解决问题，在交流过
程中通常需要专业译员的参与，以确保受害者们的诉求得到妥善处理。本文以
妇女和儿童受害者为例，为从事性别暴力方面的口译员提供不同情况下的翻译
思路。
本研究通过已有的相关文献，首先分析性别暴力、在西班牙的中国受害者
情况、中国文化背景和受害者情感因素等，为医疗领域、法律领域、警务领域
及电话援助方面提供相关的口译策略提供理论框架。然后通过例举相关真实案
例，根据案例特点及比较该情况下中西语言特点，为性别暴力口译提供更好的
思路与选择。最后，将整理出在公共服务领域中性别暴力口译相关的术语表，
