This is to show a general method to realize any zig-zag current-voltage characteristics by a circuit including diodes. It is \nshown that all the 2n ON-OFF states of n diodes are not realizable when the number of external terminal is small. In the case of \ntwo-terminal circuits, the simplest method to represent any zig-zag characteristics is provided and its applicability is discussed.紀要論文http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_650
