Designing Electrical Connections Scheme for Cantilever Crane

Abstract

The objective of the thesis project was to devise an electrical scheme for crane manipulation in accordance with the specifications set forth in the technical assignment. The crane should be capable of a 180° rotation and should be equipped with both radio control and wired reserve control. The lifting mechanism is to be an electrical lifting trolley with a chain and brakes. This thesis examined the process of designing electrical schemes, beginning with the identification of available parts on the market and culminating in the provision of a detailed schematic to the electrical department for the completion of the project in accordance with the aforementioned scheme
