The development of this degree work is aimed at the energy utilization of a wastewater effluent from the production of alkyd resins by implementing a water treatment system and thus comply with the current regulations for the project "Resolution 1207 of July 25 Of 2014 "which establishes the parameters that must be met for the different provisions of treated water. For the development of the present project a diagnosis of the industrial waste water generated in the company in the process of alkyd resin production was made, through an external laboratory where the parameters required by the standard were measured, defining the critical factors that required treatment. For the selection of the best treatment alternative, several options were considered, taking into account factors such as cost and theoretical removal percentages of each of the unit operations that made up the treatment systems, being evaluated by means of a selection matrix .El desarrollo del presente trabajo de grado tiene como fin el aprovechamiento energético de un efluente de agua residual proveniente de la producción de resinas alquídicas implementando un sistema de tratamiento de agua y así cumplir con la normatividad vigente para el proyecto “Resolución 1207 del 25 de Julio de 2014” la cual establece los parámetros que se deben cumplir para las diferentes disposiciones de aguas tratadas. Para el desarrollo del presente proyecto se realizó un diagnóstico de las aguas residuales industriales generadas en la empresa en el proceso de producción de resinas alquídicas, por medio de un laboratorio externo en donde se midieron los parámetros exigidos por la norma definiéndose los factores críticos que requerían tratamiento. Para la selección de la mejor alternativa de tratamiento, se plantearon varias opciones en donde se tuvieron en cuenta factores como costo y porcentajes de remoción teóricos de cada una de las operaciones unitarias que componían los sistemas de tratamiento, evaluándose por medio de una matriz de selección.Pinturas Super LTDA
