Abstract
Tato práce představuje metodu pro detekci deformace DPS založenou na vláknovývh senzorech posunutí, založenou na tradiční metodě měření deformace DPS s mramorovým měřicím stolem. Práce dále popisuje různé optické snímače posunutí, včetně jejich pracovních principů, přesnosti měření, pracovního prostředí atd. V závěru práce je navržen chromatický konfokální senzor pomocí dvou hotových čoček.This thesis presents a method for PCB warpage detection based on fiber optic displacement sensors, based on the traditional method of measuring PCB warpage with a marble measuring table. At the same time, the article also describes lots of other optical displacement sensors, including their working principles, measurement accuracy, working environment, etc. At the end of the subject, a chromatic confocal sensor will be designed individually using two ready-made lenses
