The present work aims to demonstrate that the Judiciary is capable of transforming social reality and realizing fundamental rights when faced with structural disputes. To this end, it started with the study of the principle of access to justice, the crisis of Justice, the characteristics of structural disputes and structual injunction, to later analyze the possibility of individual, collective and structural injunction to promote the transformation of the social reality necessary for the effectiveness of rights violated as a result of structural litigation. Based on the research, it was concluded that the Judiciary is capable of transforming social reality when faced with structural disputes, provided that such disputes are adequately dealt with in structural injunction. In addition, it was emphasized that the structural processes must be conducted based on real expectations and that there are numerous challenges to reach the resolution of disputes of such repercussion. For this, the deductive method was used from the research in primary and secondary sources.O presente trabalho tem como objetivo demonstrar que o Poder Judiciário é capaz de transformar a realidade social e concretizar direitos fundamentais quando está diante de litígios estruturais. Para tanto, partiu-se do estudo do princípio do acesso à justiça, da crise da Justiça, das características dos litígios e processos estruturais para, posteriormente, analisar a possibilidade de processos individuais, coletivos e estruturais promoverem a transformação da realidade social necessária à efetivação de direitos violados em decorrência de litígios estruturais. A partir da pesquisa, concluiu-se pela capacidade do Poder Judiciário de transformar a realidade social quando está diante de litígios estruturais, mas desde que tais litígios sejam adequadamente tratados em processos estruturais. Além disso, enfatizou-se que os processos estruturais devem ser conduzidos com base em expectativas reais e que há inúmeros desafios para se alcançar a solução de litígios de tamanha repercussão.
