Usability of a Speech Centric Multimodal Directory Assistance Service

Abstract

this paper the focus is on our experiments with a multimodal Directory Assistance service, as an example of a service that includes form-filling. This work is part of the IST project SMADA [1]. In the framework of the EURESCOM project MUST we are working on a mapbased application [2, 11].
