输电塔角钢构件受压稳定承载力研究

Abstract
我国在电力行业的涉外工程日益增多,中外国际设计标准的比较是一个重要的课题。模拟等边角钢在输电塔中的轴心受压荷载状况,完成了66根典型截面的Q345等边角钢构件在轴压下的稳定性试验,主要研究了不同长细比、截面规格对其失效模式和稳定承载力的影响。采用ANSYS对试件建立模型进行有限元分析,考虑统一的初弯曲和简化残余应力分布。通过对比验证了模型有效性,并基于该模型进行了材料强度和角钢宽厚比的参数分析,获得了相关规律。将试验结果与中美相关设计规范进行对比,评估了规范间的差异并分析其原因,总结了等边角钢受压稳定承载力的规律,为工程应用提供参考
