Abstract
箱板装配式钢结构是一种直接采用加劲钢板作为承重墙板和楼板的新型结构体系,在其建造过程中会大量使用焊缝对加劲钢板进行连接,由此产生的焊接效应会降低结构的承载力。以箱板装配式钢结构3层空间单元模型为对象,通过有限元建模和焊接模拟,系统地研究了焊接顺序、焊接数量与位置以及焊接错缝尺寸等因素对加劲钢板墙抗剪承载力的影响。结果表明:采用分段退序焊的抗剪承载力较高;焊接位置对抗剪承载力影响较小,焊接数量对抗剪承载力有一定影响;而焊接错缝尺寸对抗剪承载力的影响显著,抗剪承载力随着错缝尺寸的增大而加速下降。基于参数分析结果,得到了不同焊接参数对加劲钢板墙抗剪承载力的影响规律、提出了承载力修正系数;重点考虑错缝尺寸的影响,建立了箱板装配式钢结构中加劲钢板墙的抗剪承载力计算公式,并验证了所提公式的有效性
