Abstract
厦门市海峡交流中心二期2号塔楼建筑物主体高度215m,高宽比为4.8,属超B级高层建筑,采用了钢管混凝土框架-核心筒结构体系。本文对该工程的结构荷载取值和地震作用取值、自振特性、风和地震作用下的计算结果等内容进行了介绍,并且对中震不屈服分析和动力弹塑性分析等方面也进行了较为深入的探讨。通过对计算结果的分析比较,证明结构设计成功解决了结构超限问题,结构设计是安全可靠的。文章最后介绍了针对本塔楼进行的新型钢管混凝土梁柱节点试验研究成果。本文的有关方法和结论可为相关工程提供参考
