Abstract
碳纤维拉索以其轻质和超高的抗拉强度,适用于建筑结构的受拉构件,其应用的推广有助于推进建筑行业的节能减排。国内目前尚未出台碳纤维索结构设计方面的规范和标准,高强度、大吨位的碳纤维索在我国房屋建筑中尚无应用先例。为了推进碳纤维索的研究和应用,在美的全球创新园区项目中,局部应用了2 800 MPa级高强度的碳纤维平行筋索,其中7×139拉索的破断荷载达14 991 kN。本文介绍了项目中碳纤维索的力学性能和承载力确定,碳纤维索结构的抗震计算和防连续倒塌计算。结合碳纤维索的高温力学性能和构造措施,本文提出了在建筑耐火极限要求下碳纤维索及其锚具防火保护目标的确定,碳纤维索结构耐火的计算方法及构造实现
