本文探討創新、組織創新的定義、組織氣候與組織創新的關係、創新管理、績優政府單位及公共圖書館鼓勵創新的機制、國内鼓勵創新的奬頂及臺灣公共圖書館的創新服務經驗。Innovative ability is not only the important competence in private enterprises, but also the very important competence in nonprofit organizations, including governmental departments. This article explores the definitions and importance of innovation and organizational innovation, the relationship between organizational climate and organizational innovation, and innovative management.
